Privacy policy
Reading this site is anonymous. One form, the strategy session request, collects business contact information, and this page says exactly what happens to it.
What this site collects
Nothing, until you send it. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no tracking scripts beyond the analytics described below. The strategy session request form collects what you type into it: your name, role, firm, work email, optional phone number, practice area, states, an optional spend range and a description of your situation. We ask you not to include client or family details, and we do not want them.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your request, schedule a session and prepare findings. It is stored in our own systems and emailed to our team. It is not sold, shared with other businesses, or used to build advertising audiences. Our submission endpoint does not record your IP address, browser user agent or location; our build checks fail if the code reading those values is ever added.
Consent
The form asks for your agreement to be contacted about your request. The consent text and its version are stored with your submission. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing the address below.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand aggregate traffic (pages read, referring sources, device types). Analytics never receives form contents. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on. This policy will state the measurement identifier when analytics are active.
Retention
Strategy session requests are kept as long as needed to respond, maintain a business relationship if one follows, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete a request at any time, and unless we are required to keep it, we will.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@pimarketing.ai with "privacy request" in the subject. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, without charge.
Links and third parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, when enabled, analytics from Google. Their privacy practices are their own. Links to other sites, including our related company WorkersComp Marketing and the founder's personal site, lead to sites with their own policies.
Children
This site is written for law firm professionals and is not directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
